I'll keep Say What Fridays going, and I may be interested in a weekend challenge here or there.

OMG, I read that not too long ago. My kids LIVED for Spongebob. They've moved on to Bob's Burgers, but there are still so many SPSP references thrown around in our house. Really. Really, really. ;)

I love all the challenges, I'm such a dork. Hah. And you know I'm here for whatever you might need.

If everyone is still interested in the word of the day I can continue doing that. Same goes for creating a calendar for the Daily Count Challenge and reminder posts

I don't know how December is shaping up but back in 2015 we had a Year End Challenge (https://1-million-words.livejournal.com/1488664.html) that I thought was kind of fun.

I may be able to help with a weekend challenge or word wars next year. Participating in this community has been a great experience this year. Thanks to you and to everyone who keeps things going.

I'm definitely in - though I might not be able to do monthly challenges until after April. I can do weekend challenges at the same rate as this year! I wouldn't mind offering something new (if I can think of something new, lol).

I loved this comm...then I sort of hit a massive writers block so I didn't sign up this year. Thankfully I got my mojo back--and then some--part way through the year, so I would definitely participate next year.

My favorite challenges when I was here were the daily count challenge and the ones like 100 in 100 or whatever it was. Things that helped keep me motivated to write regularly and push through any blocks or laziness.

I would be willing to help with something like the 100 in 100 challenge if you wanted to bring it back.

I've posted something like 50,000 words this year (including the longest fic I've ever written at 35k) and am happy to sign up and include them in the comm. I just figured I was too late to jump onto 2018. Should I?

Just signed up! I also just finished writing a secret santa fic that posts mid-December so I'll have a bit more to add soon. :D

I feel so bad because I am bowed out of like everything the last 2 years. I haven't even put fingers to keyboard to create ANYTHING. I am glad you are all still here and I hope to come back in 2019

I know I haven't done anything yet here, but I really want to try to get out of my LurkCave. I absolutely LOVE what you all have come up with and will definitely cheer you all on for new stuff.

Before I even knew of this group I've dabbled in some exact 100 words photoprompts on Goodreads with the M/M Group Flash Fiction but that was in 2014. Think I've joined you guys around September/October this year, so I've kept up with some entries.

I have also been jobless since May 31st this year, and may or may not get a new job but still not 100% sure if I will get it...

Haven't really *really* actively taken a challenge word and thought 'what can I create in 100 words?' but I will definitely try to do it more often and not be afraid of posting it here.

I do have my fanfics but mostly only 2 dear friends of mine read and comment on it, so I wouldn't call myself a great writer who gets lots of comments.

The past year has been sucking. I'm hoping to change things around again.

Wow. It's been a long time since I have been here or in Livejournal anywhere. So many communities have stopped posting. It makes me sad. I miss the world of Livejournal and the people. I am so happy that you guys are still here. I am hoping to join in. You guys have so many amazing challenges. Miss that feel of an online community. Thanks for sending out that email.

I'm happy to help with Weekend Challenges and Monthly Challenges again next year — though probably from March or after would be best, since then I should be back in a regular schedule with work and the baby!

I've had a few (more like 4+) years of stress, so fandom has been put on hold. Things are looking better and I'm much calmer, but I have an exam in january so I can't do fun things yet, but that means I will be able to do much more next year.

I might not be that super interested in participating in challenges etc yet (because I have so many unfinished but posted WIP's) but I do want to try and be more active in the communities I enjoyed being in, this one being one of them :)

Thanks for the email. I haven't checked LJ in ages.

Since the end of August this year has been busy and stressful, with emotions up and down. We had a death in the family, found out my father in law is cancer free... and too many others to name.

Not to mention the bang and challenge I run. Thankfully one is finished and the other will be done in one more day!

I haven't had time to check through LJ since August Rush. I missed the Swap of Joy because I forgot all about checking the comm. :(

Right now I'm all caught up on all of my orders for my Etsy business so I checked and the Advent is running! So I snagged 3 shows/dates. I hope that was okay.

If you need help I can. As long as I can schedule the post I'm available. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and early Thursday are the best days for me.

I will be here to help and participate--Weekend Challenges and Rare Pairs, if you still need help-- and the Numbers challenge never fail to help inspire me with the fabulous prompts.

Truly excellent work everyone :):)

Spent a couple of years laying the groundwork for a major life change and now have spent the last year and half adjusting to those changes, but I have finally begun writing again these past couple of months. Now I just got to get back in the habit of writing daily.

Oh and happy to do the original fic challenge in October 2019 if you need me to!

It’s good to check in and hear that you are all still writing. I did an MA, got divorced and am now doing a PhD in creative writing, so still writing lots but somewhere ran out of time to visit LJ! Would love to get back into it... don’t know how realistic that is but I’ll look at my settings and see if I can get notifications of new posts to remind me! A

Um, oops! I had taken this community out of my default view and forgotten it. I think some time when I wasn’t feeling very creative, maybe. Anyway, my writing brain is working again so I’ve added it back in.

I will be participating for sure, might be in a better position to think about challenges a bit later on next year when work will hopefully be a bit less shit.
