I'm posting this for galadriel34 as she was having trouble with the poll.

Hi everyone! Time to launch our new calendar challenge. I’m a little bit late; unluckily reality intervened. Rules are akin to last year’s, I'll try to take the initial steps as soon as possible, or squeeze them in one or perhaps two posts, so that we’ll have time enough for the actual work.

Hi everyone! Are you done with your calendar pics? Have you sent them in?

If you haven't managed to finish them, please comment now! And if you have finished, please PM or email either myself or galadriel34 with a link to Photobucket or Dropbox where they are, or just email one of us the finished work. There's only a couple of you left to finish, so it shouldn't take long now!

We hope to compile a post where everyone can look at all the finished calendars (and choose whichever ones they want to download for printing) very soon, so the sooner all the pics are in, the sooner we'll have it done!

I think have these all right, but if I made any mistakes, let me know - I want to be sure I credit the right people! ;-)

Oh, and agdhani has a whole year of Sleepy Hollow done (and already handed in). And witchyemerald has been working on Merlin, Harry Potter, and Teen Wolf, so I'm looking forward to seeing those!

Hi guys! This post is for those of you working on calendar pages to check in.

How are you doing? All finished? Got some done, but still working on others? Not even started and/or need some help? Here's where you tell us what you're up to, ask for help or discuss anything you want about how you're doing or encourage/help others to work on their pages.

Remember, this challenge closes on 30 November 2013 so we need to get moving!

Please DO NOT post your pages yet. If you're done and you want to submit them already, you can PM me a Dropbox or Photobucket link to them, or email me with the pics themselves (drop me a PM if you don't have my email address). There's no hurry, but I'm happy to accept the links/pics any time from now until 30 Nov. We'll do a big reveal when Gala and I have compiled the necessary pics into complete calendars.

Now, one last thing. If you're like me and have not even started your pages, and/or you feel you're not going to be able to complete them in time, now is the time to let us know. If you want to pull out completely, or give up a page or need extra time to finish something, please PM me with your difficulty, or ask for help in a comment here if you think you can still finish it in time with some help or advice.

Personally, I've had a really busy time in RL lately, and keeping up with all my online and personal activities has been hard. I claimed three pages for the calendars, but I have no idea if I'm going to be able to complete them. So I'm calling out for help - if anyone feel like they'd be able to take one of my pages, I'd be really grateful. If not, I'll do my best to make time for them, but I really do feel a bit overwhelmed just now and as graphics are not my strong suit, I'm going to have to admit defeat. My pages are: September - Gazes/Eyes - H50; November - Hugs - Lost; July - Couples/Pairing - The Following. Let me know in comments if you are able to take one on - and thanks!

Look, I'm really sorry, guys, but I've completely stuffed up my spreadsheet and I can't make the post I was going to to fill a few missing gaps in the four calendars I had thought I had worked out for the challenge. It's already after 11pm and I have work tomorrow, so I'm going to have to go back through the claiming entry and redo the spreadsheet (My own fault, I tried to get it in month order and have somehow transposed who was doing what).

ANYWAY, all is not lost. Please start your engines, get going and prepare things if you're ready. I will tentatively say, at this point, that we have four calendars to make, plus a few extra months and/or some extra calendars that witchyemerald has chosen fandoms enough to make 16 months for each!

I have made an orientation decision for our calendars, which I hope works for you. If you have a problem with this, just let me know and we'll work something out. ;-)

Orientations:

Calendar One: If you are doing H50, can you please do your month/s in Portrait.

Calendar Two: If you are doing SG1 or SGA, can you please do your month/s in Portrait.

Calendar Three: If you are doing Star Trek, Lost, Almost Human, Torchwood, Avengers, Firefly, Lord of the Rings or Supernatural, can you please do your month/s in Landscape.

Calendar Four: If you are doing any other fandom (witchyemerald: including NCIS, please, but you may choose which orientation you want for each of your Harry Potter, Merlin and Teen Wolf calendars), please do your month/s in Landscape.

Thanks, guys! I think that's enough to get us started. Tomorrow, I'll redo my spreadsheet and list everything out so you can help me fill in the gaps, and hopefully we'll have those four calendars underway, plus Emerald's three 16 month calendars too!
