Lookit this will ya? It's 8ish on a Monday morning that I'm not working and I'm posting! It's a Monday miracle!!! You all rock so much you make me want to get up and go!!!!

This is going to be a GREAT WEEK!!! We have been so freaking awesome this month and it's all going to sine through this week! And next Monday, being the first, will be even more awesomer!

Have you seen all the fabulous weekend challenges this month? Have you see all the responses to August Rush? We really are amazing! Possibly more amazing than heretofore thought possible!

Sign ups for September's daily count and big buddy will go up late today, as I am off to the Peabody-Essex Museum this afternoon with the step-mother and step-sister. And remember to update your numbers before the end of the month so I can count all the things on the first. But in the interim, tell us all about your plans to increase your counts this week! How awesome are you?!

*sigh* Still behind with my word count but I'll catch up this week. YES! I will definitely catch up this week and end the month with at least 31,000 words total! :D I have so many stories to work on I'd love to be able to finish at least 10 this week. I did write four drabbles this weekend for the challenge! I also have a few stories that are finished and ready to post in my journal! :D I think when I do my counts, I'll have to do grand totals instead of monthly like I had been because I lost track along the way. But, as long as I figure out totals that's a good thing, right? :) I'm still rearranging furniture (for the 20th time I think) because I can't figure out how to get my sofa and chair in the living room to look right! I think I might have it all figured out (as of late last night) so I want to have that finished by Thursday. I got my Grandma's desk unexpectedly (was certain someone else would want it) and it is all in and arranged! My Mom's typewriter from the 50s or 60s is sitting on one corner of it! :D Almost finished with arranging my books...good heavens I have a lot of books! LOL

And I've rambled. I hope everyone has a wonderful and creative week ahead! :D Go us!! YAY!

I'm gonna get a picture tomorrow of my special area and I'll definitely post it in my journal! Almost finished my books today...until I found more of them. ~smh~ I need to stop buying them for a while!

Aww, bummer about the museum not being open. I never would have thought to check either! Yay for a nice lunch though!

Now I must get some writing done while the son's stinky football clothes wash.

Sadly, it's almost 8 AM on Monday and I am working. Back to school day here today and that went off more smoothly than I had expected.

My word count has really suffered this month and I don't know why. I'm going to try and drag out a couple of those forever WIPs and see if I can make some headway on them. Ugh. Oh well. Life goes on! :)

I broke through being 'stuck' on my TV show script for the class I'm taking. I think I was getting mired down because it's a whole new format, and I mentally felt I had to do it all at once. Which is impossible.

First scene got written last night, though, and once I started it just came rolling right from my brain to my fingertips, yay!

I'm going to try to keep that good roll going, and see if I can write at least two, maybe even three more scenes before class on Tuesday night. Looks like "Suits" tends to have 30 scenes per episode, so if I'm actually going to finish this script I've got my work cut out over the next two weeks.

My plans for this week are the usual. Get words written, do housework, play with the girls and mow the jungle. Oh yeah, spend sometime at work getting nothing accomplished because we don't have the time, the tools or the manpower to get anything done.

I haven't written in like 10 days or something. my muse is there but she's kind of hanging out going "lalala I'm not working!" or something because I will spend 30 mins with my doc open and be playing a game on my nook.

This fic I'm working on deserves more of my time and in theory I should be able to complete it doing around 100 word a day for the next 69 days.

Today I'm going to try for that 100 words. If they come, great! If not, SSDD. *sigh*

Well, although I did seriously consider it at one point, I didn't ditch the family trip to write in the end, so I haven't got much done, but on the plus side I managed to deal with a bad case of writer's block by putting aside something with a character who wasn't playing ball (not helped by the fact that I'd planned that one ages ago and then canon completely cocked it up although I did decided to go with it anyway) and writing something else instead (which actually helped me work something else out in my head, but that's something I only feel I can talk about with people who know me). So it worked out in the end.
