Have you done your colors? We are well underway for the long challenge and Kit is doing a fantastic job with prompts, go check them out.

Date: 2025-10-06 06:06 pm (UTC)And I am nowhere near 19% of anything right now. Could probably get close if I can find time to write the two overdue book reviews I have lingering. I have started three different prompts for the color challenge and have not finished any of them.
Your flash challenge prompt sounds like my everyday life, to be honest. Hah! I was going to make an eye appointment, remembered that my insurance had changed, but cannot get to my policy or coverages because MetLife is stupid. And while I was there, realized it shows no dental coverage either, despite me paying for it. So yeah, fun morning.
On a lighter note, my older child sent me a picture of her kitten, back arched, tail poofy, with a text saying, "I put a plant in the shower and he doesn't like it." I'll say!
Anyway, enough whining. I am free of you-know-who this whole week, so maybe I won't be homicidal by Friday. Who knew that was an option?

I'm telling you. My payroll people did figure out the problem with my insurance. I was logged in on 'the wrong side' despite having created an account and logged into the place they'd initially shown me. But - whatever. I can access and assess now. LOL

Date: 2025-10-06 07:36 pm (UTC)Yup, same problem over here, too. I also can't access the employee portal for our payroll company because it somehow got melded into the admin account. On the bright side, I can get to everything at least. Hahaha. And thank you! I skipped my eye exam last year because they changed the insurance and I wasn't up to finding someone new in November. And we won't even talk about the dentist. ðŸ˜
