My day started late because I was catching up on some sleep! I haven't been able to sleep on my side since the surgery, but for the last two nights I wedged a plethora of pillows beneath me and managed it. I wake up feeling like my insides have tumbled around inside me, but man, I slept for hours so I think it might well be worth it!

In my infinite wisdom, I decided I needed to do a round up of the year in terms of book reviews. I hadn't realised just how many books I've read and reviewed. I should have realised - I did the #goodreadsyearinbooks thing and saw that I'd read over 150 books, but collating links to all of the reviews has taken me ruddy ages!

I'll probably post it at the beginning of January because I still have my December round-up to finish, but it came to just over 1300 words! Also did a book review and a blog post, so quite happy with how my day has gone!

Hooray for sleep! And 150 books is amazing. I think I'm at about 112, which is more than I read last year.

I need to set up the new challenge for 2025 - I'm not sure I'm going to reach 150 again though!
