Well insomnia has me in it's evil grip once again - I've been having really vivid nightmares lately so I guess it's no surprise my body has decided yeah, let's just not sleep!

Today I managed to write two drabbles - one in response to something I wrote yesterday, and the other to a plot bunny given by my friend, Mephistopholes. We chat constantly on Instagram and share reels and pictures that give us ideas. We decided that we're going to try to write one-shots to the plot bunnies - completely at random and when the mood strikes, so I created us a "little" banner and started the ball rolling! (It's actually HUGE so I've hidden it under a lj cut!

Then I wrote a blog post which turned into a major stream of consciousness which I might have to go back and edit once I've had some sleep! I have an ARC to read but other than that, I'm up to date on my book reviews. And maybe later I will do some of the eating disorder worksheets I've been avoiding!

I'm so sorry that you've not been sleeping. When my anxiety is bad, I have bizarre dreams, too. Once dreamed that I was watching two police officers chase a bunnydown the street. Like what?

But holy moly that banner is ADORABLE. I'm a huge fan of rabbits in general, but I love this. Good luck with the bunnies!

My brain seems to have decided to give me a cinematic view of all of my past bad decisions, but always with horrendous results - like, going swimming with an ex the shark from jaws is chasing us! I need someone to hit me over the head with a hammer or something!

Oh my goodness, I would say yes in a millisecond if my four furbabies wouldn't shred me alive! Castiel visits in the night but hates my CPAP so leaves once it's turned on. Dmi (ginger 2yo baby) visits but likes to trample all over my chest and gets bitey if I stop giving scritches! It's 6.30 am and I have a third of the bed due to my visitors and still no flipping sleep!

P s Gideon is a fantastic name for a cat!

Aw, another cat lover! I have one who runs away as soon as you notice she's on the bed with you. Ugh, I'm sorry. Mine keep to their own side of the bed usually.

Thanks! We adopted two ginger kittens last year and named them Gideon and Fawkes. Our other two are Sunny and Violet.

We have four as well: Lucifer (my daughter's shadow and completely black apart from a white toe and a teeny patch on his chest), Lady Munchington who belongs to Lucifer, is a fluffy black and white madam who refuses to accept a human claim, Castiel (my tuxedo boy) and Dmi, the chaotic ginger!
