Daily challenge to calzephyr77

Hi group, I didn't have the most productive day. Unfortunately I had some really bad and uncomfortable acid reflux :S

But I did transcribe an audio note from yesterday and it seems five minutes of talking equals about 500 words--447 to be precise.

I also wrote a long email to about our family history mysteries, a whopping 1162 words!

Next up is flipflop_diva!

Thanks! It took most of the day to pass. It was just that awful feeling like you're being strangled. Lots of peppermint tea, small sips and plain foods helped. Tuesday's ravioli and tomato sauce is the culprit.

I remember dealing with something similar when I was pregnant the first time. Glad that yours finally passed. Hahaha - I love tomatoes but they are getting to a point where they are not very fond of me!

You did very well! I hear you on the gerd ... I had a rough night more often than not last week, even though I'm good about treating it. I just ..can't not have *some* fun foods. *shrug*
