Advice: Remember, You’re not writing a novel, you’re drafting one! The words you put down in November (or during any first telling of a story) are not intended to be perfect…just keep going, resist editing, and get the thing written!

Prompt: Genre-bender. Writing a romance? Using your existing characters, write the next scene as if your story is now a murder mystery. High fantasy your thing? Throw those elves and warlocks into a soap-style serial drama. Badass international spy hero? Let’s see how she does in a YA paranormal romance. Whatever your genre, mix it up and make your characters think on their feet

Eight days to go and I finally sorted out the last half of my book and have a very rough 34 chapter outline in place.
I'll fine-tune it and tweak it a little over the next week (except for tomorrow when I'll be away from home) but I have it good enough to get me started on the first.
How's everyone else doing?
