Can you believe I've had this job for a week and I've already flopped by forgetting to post yesterday?  I might get my membership revoked if I'm not careful!

I'm going to take this prompt from one of my favorite, yet lesser-known Tim McGraw songs:

Watch the wind blow by...

Are you inside on a cold, blustery day and watching the leaves swirl in the air?  Is it a warm, summer day and the breeze is stirring your lover's hair? Or are you just a forgetful airhead like me and are sitting, liestning to the whistling between your ears?  Hah!

And no worries at all - I got a comment during the week on a fic that I originally posted in 2002! The commenter was worried that it was weird to comment on such an old fic... I told them I had no problem with that, it was the fact that they said the fic was published *before they were born* that freaked me out!!!

OH MY GOD. Hahaha. That would have freaked me out, too. I named one of my fics "Slow Down the Song" after a Selena Gomez song that I liked (and the lyrics fit with the plot). I'd put in the notes that this is what happens when you have a 14 year old in the house. One of the comments was, "Your daughter and I are the same age!" So, yeah.
