That's a very good possibility because I was thinking the same thing. Some characters can never let their shields down and he's definitely one of them.

Oh how true that is! My older girl LOVES those sappy, cry-your-eyes-out Lifetime/Hallmark movies but is probably one of the happiest teenagers I've ever known.
