I didn't get washed away this weekend and I did manage to get some words down, so I'll have something to report to Big Buddy. (nudges kaige68)

Onto other news...

smallfandomfest is still going strong.

marvel_bang has wrapped up sign-ups, but I believe if you want to be a solo participant you may still sign up. shinysylver please correct me if I'm wrong.

Our monthly challenge is bingo. The cards are beautiful and bunny inspiring, so hop on over and see what may spark your Muse's creative streak.

I plan to be. I have words to add to my current wips. One being a fic for this year's slashorific challenge. I don't want to drop the ball on this like I did last year.

Mostly I'm in edit mode again...now focusing on book 2. So not a lot of new words written (though I so want to tackle all these great prompts and bingos)...and my writing buddies are holding up the show because real life is getting in the way...
I got a couple hours of editing in this morning, but now the office has been invaded by loud work crews and I can't think straight :/

Hooray for words! I managed some this weekend myself.

I have my prompt for smallfandomfest, just need to write it. Will be interesting because I'm not writing much fanfic these days. Wish me luck. :D And I have my bingo card and a handful of ideas for it so far. I went with a dark and dangerous card to try and swing my goofy crap in another direction.

My kid sent me pics of the cat and the beardie over the weekend. I need to post them to my journal because they're pretty funny. So, if you need a laugh, keep an eye out. :D

Yes, they are! What I wouldn't give for ten minutes of quiet time... but, the kids' last day of school is Thursday so that means I'll have more downtime in the mornings. YES.

Hee! I just need to figure out a plot, but I have my characters ready. :D

I'm gonna attempt to be awesome. Going to write fic and finish more of my web coding/marketing online classes. That is the plan.

The next few days should encourage writing - socked in, grey/purple skies, chilly but also humid. From Friday on we zoom into warmer weather, which will be its own distraction, lol. But am looking forward to summer, whatever it brings.
