haldoor and I joke that we are geeks in the wrong way. With me at least, it is also true of art. There are occasions when I step back and say THAT is a fantastic sentence. But that never happens with visual art.

So how do you do it? Do you have a thought? An idea in your head of an image, a moment you'd like to get across? Or is it an image you see that you think would be great if only you could tweak it? Or it could even be an I need a thing for this, and off you go looking for a way to express satisfaction?
