Sam Winchester looked around the kitchen of what he and Dean referred to as The Bunker. So much had happened over the last year, he hardly felt like he could catch his breath, never mind muster the energy to host a Christmas party. Sometimes he didn’t know what got into his older brother. Dean and Cas had driven off in the Impala late yesterday afternoon to track down a werewolf den. Sam had been annoyed when Dean had ordered him to stay behind. His relationship with his brother had been rocky after Sam’s possession by Gadreel and Dean’s taking the Mark of Cain. Sam was tired, bone tired. And he hated when Dean babied him. Sam was a grown man, not the little kid Dean stole beef jerky for when their father was out on a hunt.

Merry Christmas, my friend! 

I've never written this pairing before and honestly, I've only ever written one other MCU-based fic, so bear with me if it's not quite right.  I'm hoping to get you some icons as well, but I wanted to write something for you, too.  Anyway, I hope you enjoy!

Title: Teenage Chaos

Pairing: Tony Stark + Peter Parker

“Mr. Stark,” Peter said, sighing.  “Did I really ruin everything?”

"Is this one of those times when you want me to lie to protect your delicate emotions,” Tony asked.  “Because I can do that.”

“No,” Peter said, hanging his head.  “Hit me with the truth.  I deserve it.”

Tony scrunched his face up as he looked around the lab and the destruction that Peter and his friends had caused.  Broken bits of his projects were scattered across every surface and yet, all he could feel was relief that Peter and his idiot friends weren’t harmed.  It was weird, because he’d been prepared to be mad, so damn angry, but he wasn’t.  He was relieved?  Calm?  Almost grateful that the only things that had been broken were replaceable.  And it’s not like he wasn’t the one who had left a fully functional explosive device in his lab in the first place.  That Ned had managed to fall and land on the ignition… yeah, he couldn’t exactly blame that on either of the kids, even if he’d wanted to.

He rested a hand on Peter’s shoulder, causing the kid to look up at him, eyes wary.  “Look, It’s… not as bad as it seems.  I mean, most of this was junk, right?”  Tony waved his free hand around, indicating the lab in general.  “And while I think a talk about lab safety involving both you and Ned would be helpful, I think maybe I need to be more careful about what I stash in here, too.”

“So, you’re not going to kick me and never speak to me again?”  Peter’s expression had moved from cautious towards hopeful.

“Nope,” Tony said, giving Peter’s shoulder a squeeze before releasing him.  “I think that, well,  I might miss you if you weren’t around.”

“Really?”

Peter was looking at him with utter disbelief now.  Tony frowned and replied with a sarcastic, “Really.”  He shook his head and chuckled. “If nothing else, you keep me on my toes, kid, and that’s something an old man like me needs.”

Peter visibly relaxed.  “I guess we ought to start cleaning this up then, huh?”

“Yeah,” Tony drawled.  “I’m thinking that might be a good start.  C’mon, let me show you the robot maid I’ve been working on.”  Tony paused and grinned at Peter.  “That is, if you and Ned didn’t destroy it earlier.”

“Ha, ha, very funny,” Peter said, punctuating it with an epic eyeroll.  “The question is where?”

“Might as well start here,” Tony said, picking up a ragged piece of what he thought might have been the wall.  “It’s as good a place as any.”

Kind of like this whatever it was he had with the kid.  He didn’t know where to start or even that he’d wanted to start, but here they were.  Starting.  And you know what?  Tony thought that might actually be okay.  They’d figure it out eventually.
