Before I even knew of this group I've dabbled in some exact 100 words photoprompts on Goodreads with the M/M Group Flash Fiction but that was in 2014. Think I've joined you guys around September/October this year, so I've kept up with some entries.
I have also been jobless since May 31st this year, and may or may not get a new job but still not 100% sure if I will get it...
Haven't really *really* actively taken a challenge word and thought 'what can I create in 100 words?' but I will definitely try to do it more often and not be afraid of posting it here.
I do have my fanfics but mostly only 2 dear friends of mine read and comment on it, so I wouldn't call myself a great writer who gets lots of comments.

If you've dabbled and you want more practice, this is the perfect place - it's a small community, but a very passionate one in terms of creating!
Sorry to hear you've been out of work, and I wish you all the best for getting that job *crosses fingers*
Don't be afraid - we all have to start somewhere, and we don't mind if you're not perfect; who is? HA! We're happy to provide friendly and constructive concrit if you want, help with ideas, or just leave you to do your thang; how involved you are and/or want us to be is totally up to you! ;-)
