I am fail *hangs head* as I have not managed to finish my story, let alone sent it to beta. I truly thought I was going to manage this, and I know I'm not far from the end, but rather than rush it without due consideration, I'm going to leave it till the new year and take my time making the ending right.

Instead, I'm going to focus these last hours on the 100-in-100 and do icons as I've done in previous years.

BUT, I will come back and finish the story, I promise! the words will be ready to add to 2020's total instead.

I knew I wouldn't finish mine - it was too early in the fic - but I had planned to write another chapter at least (to get to 4), but that hasn't happened. The day is young though!

2nd proof approved, next book in the queue...
and I went back to edits on another.
No way it could be complete by year's end...maybe not even by the end of the week before I return to normal work schedule. but I'm okay with that.

I did get 793 words on it, so thank you! It feels like a fail because I didn't finish it, but I am happy with those words, so you're right; it's still something! ;-)

I have done 50 icons already and I have another 19 words to do so far, so will get onto that soon! I love it too - I did 75 last year and I'm hopeful I can get 80 in this year!

Nice work! Good luck hitting 80! I've been playing with the prompts and have written almost 1600 words in two days, so I'm happy.

Thanks. It kind of went sideways and I never finished it, but um, extenuating circumstances? I'll finish it eventually, once things settle down here.
