Gorgeous picture! It has that clear winter day just ending look about it. I can see a couple of people looking out over the water from this side of the picture, in my mind's eye; maybe wrapped up warm in jackets and just admiring the open country and the really crisp clear (but cold) air. Mmmmm, very inspiring. ;-)
