Fandom Squee Day 2: X-Men

Hey, everyone! Welcome to Fandom Squee Day 2! I am your co-host for the month, along with [livejournal.com profile] guineamania. Today's squee is:

X-MEN

Sooo, I haven't actually seen any of these movies (even though they are on my list to watch eventually!), so I'm afraid I can't actually squee over them, but I do have some gifs of encouragement and I hope those of you who are fans will share your excitement in the comments.

Remember, the challenge is to spend the month raving about the fandoms you love and try to create something for each day. There will be a reward for anyone that participates on any day and a special reward for people who create something for each day!

Now, some gifs:

Happy Creating!

Here it is! Hot off the presses! My bang!

Title: A Hold on Hope (http://archiveofourown.org/works/8457142)
Author name: [livejournal.com profile] shinysylver
Beta name: [livejournal.com profile] shadynaiad
Characters/Pairing: Charles/Erik
Fandom/Universe: X-Men movieverse with inspiration from the 90s X-Men cartoon
Rating: PG-13
Word count: 12277
Warnings: none
Summary: Charles and Erik didn't part friends after Washington, but that doesn't stop either one of them from rushing to the other's rescue in Antarctica. Too bad it was a trap. There's something sinister in the Savage Land.
