Name: Erin
LJ age: Coming up on 13 years!
What is your Creativity Goal this year: To meet and/or exceed my 2015 word count of 150k+.
What is your goal this year beyond that: To make friends with a crow. Legit. There's really nothing else. Make it through the year, I guess.
Where in the world are you: Alberta, Canada.
Current Fandom(s): Teen Wolf is the big one. I'm sort of on the fringes of/mostly only watch Jessica Jones, Bob's Burgers, 2 Broke Girls, Agents of SHIELD, Agent Carter, Code Black, L&O:SVU, The Flash, Arrow, Outlander, Elementary, a bunch of other shows.
Earlier/old Fandom(s): BtVS, Lost, Queer as Folk, Supernatural.
Do you Original fic? I have ideas but nothing that's on paper.
Favorite comm(s): [livejournal.com profile] getyourwordsout & [livejournal.com profile] gameofcards!
Gen, Het, or Slash: Slash mainly but I'll write anything I have inspiration for.
Languages you write in: English, or a close facsimile of it.
Favourite 'go to' movie(s) and why: The Mummy, Hot Fuzz, Speed, Terminator 2, The Breakfast Club, Independence Day-- I don't have a reason why for them except they're all movies I know SO WELL I recite the lines along with the characters. They're like comfort food.
Favourite movie/TV show genre(s): Usually bad horror or shitty teen. I like my share of "good" shows, too, but I have such a soft spot for the B movies on Netflix.
What inspires you? I wish I knew! Beyond the fandoms I'm in my inspiration is very random and abrupt. Sometimes it's a picture, or a phrase or a song lyric. Sometimes it's trying to fill in a blank in an episode. I really can't pin it down.
What type of creative project(s) do you find you can do easily: Graphics.
What type of creative project(s) would you like to get better at: Longer fics or ones with multiple parts, particularly with staying on task and having an outline/sticking to it.
Coffee, Pepsi, tea, Coke, water, juice, vodka: I like water for the most part but when I drink pop it's usually diet pepsi. But I'm generally a water girl.
Tell us about your Pet(s): I have a cat named Gracie and a dog named Coconut. They're pretty damn cute (http://i.imgur.com/oEJNb6Z.jpg).
Do your friends/family encourage you to create? I don't generally talk about anything internet-based or my writing or anything to that effect with many people. Next to none, really. I don't feel the need to show them and I would have to explain the whole internet/fanfic/fandom thing to them to an extent. It's not that anyone would judge me and my mom knows, to a point, about how involved with the "internet" that I am but I don't discuss my activities with her. My extended family don't get the idea of friends and a life on the internet, as I've learned from conversations about going to conventions and the like with them. My friends either vaguely know or not at all and I'm cool with that. When I shared a fandom with a couple of them they knew I wrote and made graphics and how extensive my involvement was but we never really talked about it.
Name a song that always makes you cry like a baby: None? Depends on my mood if anything makes me cry, really. I mean, a commercial can do it at the right time but I have to already be emotional for something to set me off, especially music.
How's your memory: Short term is getting worse with age. There's a lot of things I have on the go at work and things I just remember that should probably be written down somewhere or put in a calendar in case I ever get hit by a bus. But I'll get up to do something, take two steps and be totally lost as to where I'm going or why.
Walk, jog, bicycle, car: Car, by force. I want to get into a better walking routine and slowly take up running this year, though.
I don't think that word means what you think it means: I have trouble typing "prairie" (but I can write it just fine) which is inconvenient because I use it a lot at work. Also fuel is one I ALWAYS type wrong at first.
And lastly, anything else you want to say, or finish with a gif that sums you up:

Quite the best way to explain it. There's no reason I should like HALF the movies I like, but I've seen them so many times that they're like a member of the family. :D

I feel like because I recognize this that it isn't AS bad that I watch the shitty stuff I do, LOL.
