kaige68 Here is an idea that might work for you, and I only bring it up cause I use a LOT of google forms now. But have you thought about a form. Google Drive does them free and as long as your group has a link, they do not need to have a google account. What I like about this is when they enter they info, it is timestamped and you as the form creator (or I can make one in like 5 mins and give you the spreadsheet link too) you can highlight where you left off and count from there.

ALSO if you want, I can play around with a formula that can take the form information and just add up the numbers. So you can look and just read the already added numbers. This might take me longer, as I will have to test it, but I know a few people that can help me out.
