That is the biggest problem with working for a family business for me. When I started, it was three brothers and their dad. Sadly, Bob (dad) passed away a few years back, but when he was alive, all I had to say was, "But your dad asked me..." "OH. Okay, do his thing first." So, I could finish whatever important thing I was trying to do at least.

But I feel your pain. I'm like the low man on the totem pole around here (although I've been around longer than any of the other office personnel) and no matter what I'm doing, I have to stop if someone else needs something.
